Shipping and Return Policy

All orders received on or before Friday December 16th 2022 will be shipped week beginning December 19th to arrive on or before Christmas eve.
Orders received after December 16th will be shipped week beginning Tuesday December 27th to arrive on or before New Years eve.
We will resume normal daily shipping beginning Jan 2nd 2022

• Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
• Perishable Orders are generally only shipped Monday to Wednesday.
• Perishable Orders placed after 8am EST on Wednesday will be held and shipped on the following Monday.
• No orders containing perishable items can be shipped after Wednesday, as they would sit in a shippers warehouse over the weekend and spoil. There are some exceptions.
• Please ensure there is somebody at the shipping address to receive the parcel.
• We do not recommend shipping perishable items as surprise gifts, please inform the recipient so that they can make arrangements to receive and refrigerate the package.
• If you need your order by a specific date please tell us in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' section during checkout and we will do our best to meet your needs.
• We are not responsible if the shipping address provided is not correct.
• If we encounter any delays with shipping your order, such as an item not being in stock, we will contact you via email.
